Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms & Conditions

This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post Express, TNT, or DHL Express in Australia.  Our aim is to ship every order as quickly as we can, however, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order size and destination. You will be advised of the cost prior to dispatch of goods. Return shipping within Australia is Free for any items returned for repair.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.  If you believe we may be unable to ship to you please discuss this with us prior to ordering.

Costs for international orders and the cost will be determined based on your order size and weight using one of our international couriers.  If you have a preferred carrier, please advise us and we will endeavour to use them but cannot guarantee this.

A shipping estimate will be provided as part of your order, however, all final shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs and taxes.

In-store pickup

We currently do not offer any in-store pickup services.

Delivery Dates

All delivery date guides by couriers are approximate only. While our preferred couriers are very reliable, there are some inevitable delays. We suggest you allow a few extra days to be on the very safe side. Deliveries are sometimes delayed during peak shipping season so please allow extra days for shipping during these times.

On shipment, you will receive an e-mail from Incentivate with the tracking details including the parcel consignment number. We are unable to give order status on an individual order till a minimum of 3 business days have passed from the date of order.

Delivery Protocol

A signature will be required on delivery. Couriers normally deliver parcels to the person available at the address. Such a delivery will constitute a legitimate delivery. To avoid any delays, we suggest you have your parcels shipped to a work address. All couriers have their own policies regarding contactless deliveries and in case of any changes to their policies, Incentivate will refer back to their policies. The risk and title of the goods passes to the recipient upon dispatch of the goods from our offices.

If no one is available to sign for a parcel when the courier comes to deliver the parcel, the courier should leave an ‘Attempted Delivery’ card. The card will be marked with a tracking number and will also state the post office/pickup address where the parcel is being held on your behalf. To pick up the parcel, please have the required ID and Delivery card and the parcel will be released to you.
